- What is the range of the motion sensor?
- The maximum sensor coverage area for detecting motion is 900 sq. ft, or 30 ft from the front of the device when set to HIGH sensitivity.

- What are the default Motion Sensor Settings?
- Out of the box the motion sensor is set to occupancy mode, HIGH sensitivity, a timeout of 10 minutes, and the ambient light sensor is disabled.

- What is the motion sensor timeout?
- Sets how long the lights stay ON after the last detected motion.
- What is the difference between Occupancy Mode and Vacancy Mode?
- Occupancy Mode automatically turns lights ON when motion is detected and turns lights OFF when no motion is detected.
- Vacancy Mode requires you to manually turn lights ON but still turns the lights OFF when no motion is detected
- How do I change Motion Sensor Settings?
- By pressing the Setup Button, you can use a Setup mode to customize sensor sensitivity / coverage area, timeout, and ambient light settings.

- How do I prevent the Motion Sensor from turning on the lights when I don’t want them to come on?
- Adjusting the Motion Sensor sensitivity from HIGH to MED or LOW will help you adjust the sensor’s coverage area for your space. For example, a MED sensitivity may be better if the Motion Sensor module is placed in base next a doorway adjacent to a hall and you don’t want to accidentally turn the lights on when walking down the hall.
- The Motion Sensor Module may also respond to temperature changes, so it’s best not to mount directly above a heat source or in a location where hot or cold drafts blow directly on the sensor.
- Does the Motion Sensor Module support 3-Way and Multi-location motion sensing?
- Yes, the Motion Sensor Module can be used in a 3-way or multi-way application to control the same lights automatically by detecting motion in different locations on the same circuit.
