Leviton’s New Advanced No-Neutral (2-Wire) Dimmers (SKUs TSL01, 66741, DSL01)
Leviton’s new 2-Wire Dimmers don’t require a neutral wire, making them easier for contractors and homeowners to install. While a neutral wire has historically been associated with stronger connections between dimmers and light fixtures and results in better performance, Leviton’s expertly engineered new 2-Wire Dimmers deliver the same strong performance that you’d expect from those requiring a neutral wire. The bottom line? Channel members and homeowners can now enjoy the best of both worlds with high-end, high-performing dimmers that are easier to install, all at a very competitive price.
Leviton’s 2-Wire Dimmers meet the company’s new internal performance criteria known as the ‘LED Advanced’ badge, a mark which guarantees superior, flicker-free dimming of LED bulbs and signifies the best dimming solutions the brand has to offer. - Leviton LED Advanced Toggle Slide Dimmer Switch for Dimmable LED, CFL, and Incandescent Lighting (TSL01-I) – Replace a wall light switch with a 2-Wire Toggle Slide Dimmer Switch for 150W LED, CFL, incandescent, halogen, 60Hz, single pole, or 3-way applications and enjoy performance you can trust. This dimmer switch requires no neutral wire and features an ultra-slim design with a depth of just 1.1”. The Toggle Slide option is a great fit for traditional residential décor or for homeowners who already have toggle slide fixtures and want to keep their aesthetic consistent.
- Leviton LED Advanced SureSlide Dimmer Switch for Dimmable LED, CFL, and Incandescent Lighting (66741-E) – The SureSlide Dimmer Switch for 150W LED, CFL, incandescent, halogen, 60Hz, single pole, or 3-way applications is often a popular option for applications that require stricter code compliance (like CA Title 24 and IECC). But with no neutral wire required and a slim depth of only .82”, it’s also a great option for traditional residential décor or homeowners who already use SureSlide technology elsewhere in their home.
- Leviton 2-Wire Decora Slide Dimmer Switch for Dimmable LED, CFL, and Incandescent Lighting (DSL01-1LT) – The 2-Wire Decora Slide Dimmer Switch for 150W LED, CFL, incandescent, halogen, 60Hz, single pole, or 3-way applications is Leviton’s most popular form factor in the market. Thanks to its signature and patented wide paddle and super-sleek, minimalist design, it’s often found in higher-end, aesthetics-driven applications but is very competitively priced. Similar to the other forms, the Decora Slide also doesn’t require a neutral wire and has a slim design with a depth of just .82”.
Leviton’s New Decora Advanced Dimmer and Switch Products (SKUs D315S and D36HD)
Enjoy the best of all worlds! While the new Decora Smart LED Advanced Dimmer (D36HD) and Switch (D315S) continue to deliver the most-loved Decora Smart lighting features like scheduling, remote control, and improved energy monitoring, Leviton reengineered the connectivity and dimming performance of the dimmer to meet the elite new “LED Advanced” badge performance threshold and slimmed down the design of both the switch and dimmer to enhance versatility and installation ease for contractors.
- Leviton’s New Decora Smart Switch (D315S-R02-1RW) – This Wi-Fi enabled product, which requires a neutral wire and works with Matter, Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Home/Siri, and Wired or Wirefree 3-Way, enables users to control lights from anywhere and enjoy the benefit of “set it and forget it” convenience through the My Leviton app. One of the most popular applications for the Decora Smart Switch is the front porch light, where homeowners can enjoy the safety and security of a lit entryway when they arrive home or make their house appear occupied when they’re not there.
