My Building™ Ecosystem for GreenMAX® DRC

The My Building ecosystem delivers a centralized platform that simplifies how lighting control systems are designed, commissioned, and managed. My Building scales into a centralized control and monitoring system, enabling full building-level visibility, reporting, and management.

At the core of the ecosystem is GreenMAX® DRC, which delivers smarter room-level control through each Room Controller. My Building mobile and web apps connect those rooms into one system, giving users a single platform to commission devices, configure spaces, manage users, and monitor performance across a building or campus.

Centralized Monitoring & Control

No. My Building currently uses a Wi-Fi backbone to connect Room Controllers to the Central Server. A wired solution is being considered for a future release.

Not at this time. My Building requires a Wi-Fi backbone for communication between Room Controllers and the Central Server.

Not necessarily. Since My Building uses the Wi-Fi network as the system backbone rather than a shared LumaCAN network, duplicate addresses can exist in separate room controller networks that are not directly interconnected.

Currently, My Building does not offer a wired BACnet solution. Historically, the NPG has been the recommended option for hard-wired BACnet integration. A wired solution for My Building is under development.
