Can the buttons on the DW4BC or D2SCS be custom engraved?

For customers in the United States*, engraving the buttons on the DW4BC or D2SCS can be accomplished in the My Leviton App.  It is recommended to live with the programming of the controller prior to ordering custom engraving.

To order custom engraving:

  • Tap the three dots in the DW4BC or D2SCS device card and then tap Settings.

  • Select Order Engraved Buttons

  • Enter the text for each button you would like to engrave and tap Save
  • When finished entering text for each button then tap Continue

  • If you would like the a color other than white choose from the drop down option
    • Note: Black and Brown color change kits are not compatible which the Button LED, it will not shine through when the button is pressed.

  • Tap Continue to Checkout
    • The app will open a browser and drop in the order information into the Leviton eStore cart

  • Complete the order in the Leviton eStore
  • The engraved color change kit will ship within 10 to 15 business days
