Larry Gillen is the Specification Engineer for Leviton Network Solutions covering the Southwest. Larry's 24 years of work experience includes positions in distribution, manufacture direct sales and as a technology design consultant in the ICT industry.

Larry volunteers his time to BICSI as a member of the RCSC (Registration & Credentials Supervision Subcommittee), is currently the Vice Chair of the Data Center Workgroup and has served as a past board member as Western Region Director. His motivation and passion revolve around faith, family, friends and running.

Ron Kotwica, RCDD

Ron Kotwica is the Specification Engineer for Leviton Network Solutions covering the North Central Region. Ron previously worked as a Sr. Data Center Design Engineer for Network Solutions and has worked on many key accounts and project opportunities for Leviton.

Kit Gaines, RCDD
Territory: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee

Kit Gaines is a Specification Engineer and provides technical sales support for the states of GA, FL, MS, AL and TN. He has been in the telecommunications industry since 1995 starting with the Olympic Games in Atlanta. His background includes design and installation of commercial A/V systems, commercial voice, commercial Local Area Networks, public Wide Area Networks and specialized healthcare/hospitality systems.

Kit holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Science. He is a member of BICSI and holds the prestigious Registered Communications Distribution Designer credential for Information Transport System professionals. Kit also maintains a low voltage Contractors license from the state of Georgia.

Kit is passionate about technology and the benefits it brings to improve and empower business operations. Kit enjoys working on IT construction projects and takes great satisfaction and pride in helping Customers to successfully implement new technologies.

John Wright, RCDD, NTS
Territory: District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia

John is the Network Solutions Specification Engineer for the Mid-Atlantic region. He has more than 25 years of experience in data, voice, audio and video technologies and has provided design and consultation services to the government, commercial, industrial and broadcast markets. John has practiced his hands-on design and installation skills in the diverse environments of our nation's capital, which has empowered him with unique skills, experience and knowledge of sensitive protocols and procedures. Support services include infrastructure planning, design, review, construction support and inspection, best practices review with contractors, product and solution consultation, statement of work and bill of material development. John has provided many innovative solutions to the broadcast, commercial, industrial and government markets, offering details often overlooked.

John is a CSI, NFPA and BICSI member with RCDD and NTS certifications. He is also certified and trained in many Physical, Data Link and Network layer products and systems. With his many years of experience working with the US Federal government and military, He has presented at many industry functions on IT and Telecommunications subjects such as LEED, open architecture, fiber and copper system solutions, emerging technologies and installation best practices. John has earned many successful relationships and has contributed to many security sensitive projects.

His technology career has included manufacturers, distributors and contractors, where he has held positions in sales, marketing, project management, business development and product specialist for fiber and copper cable infrastructure systems and electronic components. Roy Chamberlain, RCDD
Territory: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, (Western) Pennsylvania, Vermont

Roy is the Specification Engineer for the Northeast Region. He brings over 20 years of telecommunication experience in commercial construction of low voltage systems for Enterprise and Data Center Customers.

Roy is passionate about the telecommunications industry and loves technology. He directs the New Hampshire Telecommunications Cabling program to help bring high school kids into the industry. He is an avid hockey player and coach. He also served as an avionics technician with the US Marine Corps.

Scott Black, RCDD
Territory: (Eastern) Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware

Scott is the Leviton Network Solutions Specification Engineer for the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Region. He is a member of BICSI and has been a Registered Communications Distribution Designer since 1999.

Scott has been in the Tele-Data industry for over 19 years selling, designing, specifying and installation of cabling infrastructure, copper and optical fiber, throughout the New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia area. Scott's passion for customer relations and project management skills have been an integral part of his career in helping Customers with their entire cabling infrastructure needs.

Having the experience as a design-build contractor, he understands what is required to build out a high performing IT infrastructure. Greg Tilger, RCDD

Greg is the Specification Engineer for the South Central Region.

Greg has spent his entire 30+ year career in the cabling and technology industry in various roles working in technology consulting, system integration, and distribution. He has held positions in sales, management, and global solutions marketing where he had the opportunity to work with local, regional, national, international markets, and smart building technologies.
