Because every circuit tells a story, Effren chose to install the Leviton Load Center with smart circuit breakers so residents can monitor the real-time energy consumption of anything plugged into their branch circuit. Residents can then use the free My Leviton app to evaluate energy consumption, remotely control any circuit breaker1, and view system status in real time to detect if any critical loads need to be addressed.
In keeping with Smart innovation, Effren installed Leviton Decora Smart® dimmers. These Wi-Fi®- enabled dimmers also connect to the My Leviton app for seamless smart integration. Through the app, users can manage lighting levels, create schedules and orchestrate scenes such as ‘Dinner Time,’ ‘Movie Night,’ or ‘Cocktail Party,’ to get perfectly dimmed mood lighting every time via smartphone, tablet, desktop or voice command.
