The Challenge
An international brewery renovates a former Seagram’s building on the east coast for its only U.S. location. The event spaces, retail space, beer production areas, private function rooms, and mini-amphitheater have specific lighting and control requirements, and the building had to be updated to meet new energy code requirements.
The Installation
Leviton and the specifying electrical engineer worked together to develop the materials needed for the project. Leviton also worked with the lighting designer to provide a user interface that achieved the flexibility of programming required. Facility managers provided input on functionality, programming, and the hospitality demands of the restaurant, retail, and entertainment spaces.
The Solution
7 GreenMAX Relay Panels were installed throughout the facility for centralized lighting control for dimming, partial-ON, partial-OFF, daylight harvesting, and more.
7 Sapphire Touch Screens were installed in the retail shop and restaurant to tailor the lighting, design customized scenes, and create a welcoming environment. The backgrounds on the Sapphires were all imaged with the brewery’s logo to promote brand awareness.
