Content Coordinator eBusiness

About the role 

Reporting to the eBusiness Specialist, the Content Coordinator eBusiness supports the day-to-day operations of Leviton's digital B2C platforms. This role is responsible for coordinating online product content, supporting promotional activities, maintaining digital assets, monitoring platform performance, and assisting with the execution of eBusiness initiatives. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate product information, a positive customer experience, and consistent brand representation across all online channels, including Amazon, Home Depot Canada, and other B2C platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining high-quality, accurate and detailed product pages across all partner platforms.
  • Audit and optimize product pages ahead of major promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all partner platforms, aligned with brand standards.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation process, from initial briefing through final asset approval and deployment across customer platforms.
  • Tailor product offerings by customer to support profitable growth and channel alignment.
  • Support new product launches with internal and external stakeholders, in line with internal roadmap.
  • Coordinate digital initiatives that drive online growth and support broader omnichannel objectives.
  • Propose new ideas to promote brand awareness and customer interaction alongside eBusiness customers.
  • Report weekly eBusiness performance results and insights to upper management.
  • Collaborate daily with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Specialist of eBusiness on execution of category-level strategies and growth goals.
  • Assist with complete catalog audit.
  • Assist with other projects within the eBusiness Sales Channel.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient Web 2.0 technology.
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of B2B and B2C websites.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work individually as well as with a team. 
  • Experience with photo editing and photo editing software a plus.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. We are looking for someone proficient in English to communicate with contacts across Canada and with colleagues in the United States.

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with B2C platforms. 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Must have previous experience with advanced features of Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems.
  • Previous experience with Amazon.com and/or Homedepot.com a plus.
