Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and data needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that effectively visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
• Create and deliver clear and concise presentations to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in data modeling and database design.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) and data mining techniques is a plus. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is a plus.

Education

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business Intelligence or Data Strategy or related field 
• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
