I just installed my Smart GFCI outlet, the LED indicator is solid green but the outlet won’t reset. What’s going on?

When you wired your device the wires for the line and the wires for load were reversed.  Please shut off power to the outlet, swap the wires from the top and bottom connections and restore power.  Your GFCI should now work properly.
