Fran is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Leviton. She is a highly accomplished human resource executive with a notable career spanning 24 years at Leviton. She provides strategic direction and leadership in developing and implementing HR initiatives directly aligned with Leviton’s commitment to innovation. This includes programs focused on Talent Acquisition and Retention, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition, Performance Management, as well as Compensation and Benefits. Fran is deeply passionate about fostering a workplace environment built on trust, awareness, and engagement, championing employees through innovative human resources and benefits programs.
Fran previously served as Leviton’s Senior Director for Benefits and Compensation, as well as the Benefits Director where she was recognized for promoting employee wellness and cost containment initiatives.
Her expertise and commitment make her a sought-after speaker and panelist within the HR community, where she shares her insights on employee engagement and fostering transparent and collaborative workplaces. Furthermore, Fran is a two-time recipient of the Long Island Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business award and has been honored as Benefits Manager of the Year by Business Insurance News.
Fran’s educational background includes an MBA from Adelphi University and a BBA from Bernard M. Baruch College. She has also enhanced her professional credentials through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has completed various business and leadership courses from institutions such as the Center for Creative Leadership, Duke Fuqua School of Business, Columbia Executive Education, and MIT Sloan Executive Education.
