Where is the Decora Smart Wi-Fi Serial Number Located?

When working with Technical Services, you may be asked to provide the serial number for a Decora Smart® Wi-Fi device.  There are two easy ways to find the serial number, a screen in the My Leviton app or a sticker on the device.

Finding a Serial Number in the My Leviton App:

Click on the 3 dots [⋮] in the upper-right corner of the device card and choose Settings.

Choose Device Health and the serial number is shown in the Device Health screen.

Finding the Serial Number on a Decora Smart Wi-Fi Device

The serial number is on the front strap of the Decora Smart Wi-Fi switch or dimmer:

• Remove the wall plate
• The serial number will start with 100 and will be in xxxx_xxxx_xxxx format
• There will only be numbers in the serial number
• The location of the serial number will be a sticker placed on the top or bottom strap

The serial number is on the blade side of the plugin switch and dimmer:

• Unplug the module
• The serial number will start with 100 and will be in xxxx_xxxx_xxxx format
• There will only be numbers in the serial number
• The location of the serial number will be a sticker placed on the right or vertically on the side
