After you enroll your Wi-Fi devices into the app you can easily change the order.  Start by clicking arrow to the right of the room name.  If you have chosen not to use rooms, click on the arrow to the right of the Unassigned Devices title.

In the Room Details screen tap the three dots next to the room name and then select Reorder Devices.

Use the icon to the right of the device name to move devices up and down.  When done press Save.
