Yes, you can control Decora Smart® Wi-Fi 2nd and 3rd Generation Switches and Dimmers from an Apple Watch. Simply enroll your Decora Smart Wi-Fi 2nd or 3rd Generation devices to HomeKit and they will show up on your Apple watch
